Security of Credit Card Payments
We do NOT have access to your credit card details; exclusively Barclays Bank handle these. After a lot of research we have decided that our own Bank Barclays offers amongst the best security for credit-card information and are well known within the UK.
Your details (name, address, tel. no. etc) are used purely for order dispatch and order contact purposes only. They will NOT be made available to anyone else or used for any other purpose.
JTL-Skiwear guarantees that all products sold by us are of the highest quality, that all manufacturers/suppliers have signed Certificates of Assurance that their products meet current EU legislation standards, and that the products meet the required standards for the purpose they were intended.
Upon submitting an order using our Romancart shopping basket system you will receive a 'result of your feedback form' as an e-mail. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct. If there are any mistakes in your order, please email us immediately. This e-mail is a copy of your order as sent and is neither an invoice nor a formal acceptance of your order, a Despatch Note will be included with your order. Should you require a quotation please use either the quotation system under methods of payment on the site or contact JTL-Skiwear and we will be happy to send one to you.
The prices charged for goods shall be those ruling on the date of order. Whilst every effort is made to keep the prices and products on the Website up to date some late changes could arise. If a price changes or a product becomes unavailable you will be notified and given an option on something else or a full refund if required. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place order.
To pay by Cheque/Cash or Postal Order, please send the cost of your order, including postage, together with the order to JTL Skiwear, 132 Barnham Road, Barnham, Near Chichester West Sussex PO22 0EH. Please make cheques payable to the DF Collins.
Despatch will not take place until payment is received but the majority of goods will be dispatched within 7 days of order, if your order has not arrived within 14 days then please contact us. Orders have a 14-day money-back guarantee, subject to their return in good condition, items damaged during shipment should be returned within 7 days. Packaging and post costs are shown separately and we reserve the right to use any carrier available to us. Delivery is by standard first-class post and is priced at cost or lower, which is shown before you decide to purchase. From this Website only UK customers can make purchases but if you phone, fax or email the shop we will endevour to arrange a special delivery and if it is possible you will be given a price that covers the cost. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the payment of any local taxes and duties that may be in force at the time of purchase. Liability insurance is included in the post and package price.
Before any goods are returned please contact us, preferably by Email, or by fax or phone for a Returns Number quoting your invoice number, We will reply by return. If goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery please return them for a full credit including postage and packing costs you have incurred. If you wish to return non-faulty goods you should do so within 7 days of receipt. The goods and any packaging should be in an undamaged condition and a full credit will be given (not including postage and packing costs involved in the order).
Complaints will be dealt with promptly and in accordance with UK law.

In Accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984 we do not supply any of your details to a third party.
The seller is not liable for any delay or failure to fulfil any order due to events beyond the seller's control. While every effort will be made to meet shoppers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond the control JTL Skiwear.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
